PrecisionCut MJCE

The PrecisionCut MJCE is a straightening and cutting machine for thin wires driven by linear motors. For wires with a diameter of 0.2 to 1.5 mm, the PrecisionCut MJCE will help you achieve clean cut-offs without oil smearing in lengths of 40 to 1,000 mm.

This is enabled by a unique drive concept for straightening and cutting machines. The wire is transported by clamps with an infeed slide driven by linear motors. The cutting unit is also positioned on a linear motor and works "on the fly" with a bushing-on-bushing cutting system. As a result, the wire infeed speed in the straightener remains absolutely constant.

Technical features

1. Zero-maintenance motors

All movements necessary for processing are controlled by the fully synchronized and maintenance-free linear and servomotors.

3. Variable cutting length

Cutting length and output parameters can be adjusted via a touch panel. Acceleration and speed parameters are calculated automatically for all drive systems.

5. Enclosed housing

The closed machine housing keeps noise levels low and is easily accessible on all sides. Machine drive, electronics and central lubrication are integrated in the machine housing.

2. Flowing cutting

Continuous wire infeed and "on-the-fly" cutting system on an independent linear motor.

4. Flexible during straightening

Straightening is done by a rotating straightener and/or roller straightener.
