PrecisionShape UER

The PrecisionShape UER is the machine series for the production of pins with rolled ends. The wire is fed into the machine via a high-precision clamping jaw system. Parts are cut by a bushing-on-bushing system and then transported directly in line to the rolling unit, which forms both ends simultaneously – according to the geometry of the rolling tools.

The series comes in three different sizes for wire diameters of 1.8 to 9 mm and part lengths of 12 to 45 mm.


Technical features

1. Zero-vibration design

Vibration-free design with precision-ground linear guides for tool fitting.

3. Flexible during straightening

Straightening is performed by a rotating straightener and/or roller straightener.

5. Also for special parts

The special-purpose version  with roller unit is also available as a separate system for special parts.

2. Machine combination

 Combination of straightening, cutting and rolling in a single machine.

4. Enclosed housing

The closed machine housing keeps noise levels low and is easily accessible on all sides. Machine drive, electronics and central lubrication are integrated in the machine housing.
