PrecisionGrind PG6

The PrecisionGrind PG6 is a fast and highly efficient needle grinding machine from Jouhsen Bundgens. With this machine, you can produce needle-shaped blanks with different point styles – e.g. convex, concave or straight. The parts are drawn from the magazine via an automatic infeed system.

A high processing speed of up to 600 units per minute is possible. The speed of the transport wheel and grind stone can be adjusted infinitely and separately. The PrecisionGrind PG6 stands out for its stable and robust design.

 The closed machine housing keeps noise levels low and is easily accessible on all sides. Machine drive, electronics and central lubrication are integrated in the machine housing.
