Rotary straightening on a range of components

Rotary straightening is the process of choice for a wide variety of parts made from wire or pipe. “Rotary straightening is increasingly being used in new fields, such as medical engineering or electric vehicles. With this in mind, we are looking forward to some interesting discussions with customers and potential customers at Wire 2020,” says CEO Dr. Peter Renz. Jouhsen-bündgens combines engineering expertise and high vertical integration with modern machine tools and its own control systems, making it a reliable partner to customers in both the development and production of innovative products.

PrecisionCut UD0 – rotary straightening for even the thinnest wires

Visitors to Wire 2020 will be able to watch the PrecisionCut UD0, our newest and smallest straightening and cutting machine, live in action at the stand. “Components are becoming thinner and thinner, and the requirements for straightness and surface finish are extremely demanding,” says Renz. The UD0 is helping Jouhsen-bündgens meet these challenges. Precise and efficient, the machine’s compact size allows it to process both long and short sections of wire measuring 0.05 to 1.5 mm in diameter and 3 to 3,000 mm in length.

Come to Wire 2020 and see for yourself at stand G51 in hall 11. We look forward to seeing you.
